These terms govern your use of the Calgary Bathroom Renovation website and outline the general basis on which we provide information and quotes. They do not replace the written contract you sign for any renovation, which takes precedence for that project.

Content on this site, including service descriptions and price ranges, is provided for general information. Prices shown are typical ranges only and are not offers or guarantees. Every project is quoted individually in writing after an in-home assessment.

Quotes and Estimates

A binding price is only established in a signed, written quote. Where hidden conditions are discovered during work, any additional cost will be presented to you in writing for approval before that work proceeds.

Workmanship Warranty

We provide a written workmanship warranty with each completed renovation. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied fixtures and materials. Warranty details and terms are set out in your project documentation.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Calgary Bathroom Renovation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our responsibility for any renovation is governed by the signed contract for that work.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Alberta.
